Danica McKellar, who played Winnie Cooper on the hit TV series “The Wonder Years,” walked down the aisle on Sunday with composer Mike Verta.
The bride and groom exchanged vows in front of 150 people at an ocean-side church at sunset in La Jolla, Calif., in what the bride called an intimate ceremony.
McKellar, 34, and Verta, 36, began dating in 2001 and got engaged last August in Chicago.
In addition to playing Winnie Cooper, McKellar is also a mathematician — she graduated summa cum laude from UCLA in 1998 with a BS in mathematics and is the author of two best-selling books: “Math Doesn’t Suck” and “Kiss My Math.”
